Since Brexit, the UK is no longer part of the EU. This means that the procedures surrounding export to the UK have also changed drastically. This also includes the required documents.
Where you used to export to a country within the EU, where good agreements were made about import and export, you now send products to a country outside the EU. This means that you have to prepare more documentation in order to be able to send your goods and clear customs. If this is the first time that you are exporting goods, I can imagine that this is quite overwhelming.
